Streaming and sharing guidelines
You may share gameplay of the games published on Yorimichi Games, whether you are an individual or an organization. Monetization is allowed. You do not need to contact us for permission.
What you can share
- Gameplay videos and livestreams on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, X and other platforms, including archived streams and edited clips.
- Game reviews and introductions on blogs and social media.
- Game screenshots in your posts, videos and thumbnails.
You may monetize this content through advertising, memberships, tips or sponsorships. Please follow the rules of the platform you use.
A credit would be appreciated
If possible, include the game name, “Yorimichi Games” and a link to the game in your video description or post. This site credit is optional; credits required for third-party materials are explained below.
Things that are not allowed
- Copying or redistributing the games themselves or extracting and redistributing individual assets without permission from their rights holders.
- Claiming that you created the game, or implying that your content is officially sponsored or endorsed by this site.
- Using the content for illegal activity, discrimination, harassment or infringement of another person's rights.
Music, voices and images
When your content includes materials with a required credit, follow the credit and license shown on the game page and the Credits page. Put the required attribution, source and license links in your video description, article or image caption. For example:
- If you record the Japanese voice in Hiragana or Rock-paper-scissors Roulette, include VOICEVOX:春日部つむぎ. This does not apply to silent screenshots.
- For the hanafuda artwork in Koi-koi, Hanaawase, Hachihachi or Oicho-kabu's hanafuda mode: “Hanafuda by Louie Mantia — source, CC BY-SA 4.0.”
- For KanjiVG stroke artwork: “KanjiVG, © Ulrich Apel and contributors, adapted by Yorimichi Games — source, CC BY-SA 3.0.”
- For dictionary material: “JMdict / KANJIDIC2, © James William Breen and EDRDG, adapted by Yorimichi Games — source and CC BY-SA 4.0 license.”
- For Japanese map material: “Global Map Japan, Geospatial Information Authority of Japan, adapted by Yorimichi Games — source and terms.” Old Province Names also uses MLIT administrative area data (2024, CC BY 4.0).
If you adapt Creative Commons material, follow its license, including marking your changes and any ShareAlike requirements that apply to the adapted material. These guidelines do not restrict uses permitted by an asset's original license or public-domain status.
If you record a device or browser's text-to-speech voice, check that voice's terms. If you cannot confirm them, leave the spoken audio out of your recording. For piano performances, check the rights in the music you play and your platform's rules. Music and other materials you add yourself are your responsibility.
Changes and contact
These guidelines may change. Any special conditions stated on a game page take priority for that game. We may ask you to stop using content that violates these guidelines.
