Opens your browser’s print dialog (portrait; choose the same paper size there). Names and outcomes are the ones you last typed in the game. Leave them out to get blank boxes you can fill in by hand. Write the outcomes, fold along the dotted line to hide them, let everyone add rungs with a pen, then unfold.
